Fridays and Saturdays can be added for £40 a night. Vouchers can't be used for Hogmanay.

Where we are
A quiet street. Everything else on foot.
Waverley Station is a 9-minute walk. Edinburgh Castle is 14 minutes.

Before you book or buy.
How long are vouchers valid, and which nights?
Twelve months from the day you buy. They cover any Sunday to Thursday night; Fridays and Saturdays can be added for £40 a night. The £30 bar credit is added to vouchers bought by 1 December and lasts as long as the voucher.
Can we really see the castle fireworks?
Yes. Our roof terrace faces the castle, and it's heated, with blankets and champagne at midnight. The display is run by the city, so timings follow the official Hogmanay programme.
What if we can't make Hogmanay after booking?
A £200 deposit holds your room. Cancel before 15 December for a full refund. After that, we'll turn your deposit into a gift voucher of the same value.
Is there parking?
There's no parking on our street, but we reserve spaces at the Castle Terrace car park, an 8-minute walk away, for £18 a day. Waverley Station is a 9-minute walk.
Holiday offers
Both offers end on 1 December.
After that, vouchers go out without the £30 bar credit and Hogmanay rooms go up by £100.
